My name is Karen and I am a qualified Physical Education teacher. I am also a qualified Personal Trainer and Group Exercise Instructor. I really enjoy working with people of all ages, from young children through to older adults. My programs aim to promote fitness, confidence, weight management (either to lose weight or gain muscle tissue), keep you strong and flexible, improve your balance to protect against falls, help you recover from illness or injury, and make new friends.
